Scan, bill and move on. Tapvixo reads a USB barcode scanner, won't sell a packaged item above its MRP, prints a GST bill, and keeps a khata for customers who settle up at the end of the month.
At the counter
A USB barcode scanner works as it is, and search finds an item by name, SKU or barcode
Scan again, or tap +, for another of the same item
Loose items sold by weight: the cashier types the weight or the amount
An item with an MRP cannot be sold above it: the till stops the bill and the server refuses it
The UPI QR for the exact amount, and one bill split across cash, UPI and card
Khata with a credit limit for regulars, and a dues reminder on WhatsApp. More on customer khata
Stock and suppliers
Stock comes off as you sell, and the low-stock list shows what to reorder
Goods received with barcode scanning, what you owe each supplier, and debit notes for goods sent back
Products imported from a spreadsheet
A monthly GST summary in the GSTR-1 layout. More on GST billing
Good to know
Tapvixo does not print barcode labels
There are no batches or expiry dates, so it does not suit a pharmacy
There are no size or colour variants with their own stock, so it does not suit clothing or footwear
A quantity is added by scanning or tapping +, not typed in
