Good to know
- One device at each outlet takes table orders; other devices see them but cannot change them
- There is no captain or waiter app for taking orders at the table
- There is no kitchen display screen, and no separate kitchen or bar printer: KOTs print on the till's printer
- Swiggy and Zomato orders are billed at the counter and tagged by hand, not taken in automatically
If your captains take orders at the table on their own phones, Tapvixo is not built for that yet.
