Tapvixo is completely web-based.
You can access it directly from your browser on any device (mobile, tablet, or desktop) without downloading or installing any bulky apps.
Does it work if my internet goes down?
Yes, billing keeps working.
Cash, UPI and card bills, receipts and kitchen tickets (KOT) keep working offline and sync once you are back online. Paying from a customer's wallet or khata, returns, voids and the day-end close need a connection.
How long does it take to learn the system?
Most staff learn it in under 10 minutes.

We answer on WhatsApp, chat and email between 10:00 and 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up the next working morning.
Does it handle GST properly?
Tax invoices and bills of supply, both done right.
Every tax head is disclosed separately, HSN rides along where it is required, and a composition dealer gets the statutory declaration printed on every bill.
Can customers buy on credit (khata)?
A real ledger, not a number someone types in.
Credit sales and repayments both post to the ledger, and a prepaid wallet is tracked separately from what a customer owes you — so the two can never quietly cancel out.
What happens to a refund?
It goes back to the tender it came from.
Cash returns as cash, UPI as UPI. Goods written off rather than put back on the shelf are recorded as written off, which is what keeps your input tax credit defensible.
Which languages does it support?
English, Hindi and Gujarati, switchable per person.
Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali are partly translated. Each member of your staff picks their own, so the counter can run in one language while the owner reads reports in another.
